What does it mean to be a Wellbeing Manager?
1. Inspire Creativity: Lead a team of enthusiastic Activities Coordinators to design innovative, person centered wellbeing activities.
2. Drive Innovation: lead creative wellbeing programs that not only engage our residents but also inspire active participation among colleagues.
3. Community Engagement: Create positive community connections and tap into local opportunities.
4. Holistic Support: Collaborate with our Lodge Managers and General Manager to support the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of our residents – putting their life history, interests, and passions at the heart of West Hall.
Who are we looking for?
5. A Passionate Advocate: A dedicated wellbeing champion with a creative flair to design and deliver unique wellbeing initiatives.
6. Outstanding leadership and people management skills: promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
7. Care Expertise: A complete understanding of the needs of older people, dementia care and person-centred care.
