Job Details Client: London Borough of Havering Location: Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3AR Contract Duration: 10/02/2025 &x2013; 14/07/2025 with the potential for extension Working Hours: 36 hours per week flexible, including evenings and weekends Rate: £22 - £25 Umbrella dependent on experience Key Objectives Deliver practical reparative activities and supervise young offenders. Facilitate restorative justice processes for victims and offenders. Promote victim awareness and encourage victims&x2019; participation in restorative practices. Attend community panels and support victims in expressing their views. Collaborate with the Reparation, Unpaid Work, and Junior Attendance Centre Coordinator to ensure compliance with national and local standards. Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to prevent youth offending. Maintain accurate case records and adhere to health and safety protocols. Essential Requirements Experience: Working with young offenders and their families. Delivering restorative justice interventions and mediation. Supervising group programs or offenders in statutory or voluntary settings. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, or Teaching desirable.
