Our Service Assurance team is integral in driving improvements in service levels, cost optimisation, and process innovation. We’re seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Process Developer to join our team as we evolve our repair diagnostics platform to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Role Overview: As a Process Developer, you will be a key contributor to developing, testing, and refining our broadband diagnostic and repair tool. Working within an agile framework, you will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to design, build, and test automated diagnostic processes, ensuring they are robust before deployment. You will also use ADO software to work through backlogs and track progress as we work at pace to deliver improvements. This role is perfect for someone excited about telecoms, passionate about solving technical challenges, and eager to innovate in service assurance. Key Responsibilities: Capture and interpret user requirements to build effective repair processes within Solvatio. Conduct thorough testing of diagnostic processes before deployment to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the diagnostics are aligned with business needs and deliver tangible improvements. Utilise feedback loops and data analysis to identify system issues and develop solutions. Work in an agile environment, using ADO software to support developing backlog items. Continuously drive process improvements to enhance service levels, quality, and cost efficiency. Develop process logic and automation to optimise decision-making within diagnostic workflows. Testing – Execute test cases (manual and automated) create testing log documentation, conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development. How You’ll Add Value: Perform detailed analysis of customer feedback and diagnostic data to inform process enhancements. Implement process improvements through a logical, methodical approach to drive efficiency and performance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of diagnostic tools. Test and validate new diagnostic processes, ensuring they meet quality standards before release. Bring a passion for coding and problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Essential Skills: Strong customer focus with a passion for improving service delivery. Experience in process development and continuous improvement, ideally within a telecoms or service environment. Familiarity with agile project management and working with ADO or similar backlog management tools. Experience in delivering projects to objectives and managing stakeholder relationships. Aptitude for coding and software development, preferably in Java. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business impact. Desirable skills: Experience with data manipulation and analysis techniques, including SQL. Previous telecoms or ISP experience. Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
