They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management, offering uncapped commission.
Main Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Utilise CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
5. Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Skills
1. Excellent communication skills in English.
2. Proven track record in sales or business development (B2B).
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
