Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for a Utilities Engineer to join our Engineering team based in Wrexham (LL13 9UG). The hours of work for these roles are Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs.

What would you be doing?
As a Utilities Engineer you will be directly contributing to our vision through your core tasks and responsibilities. These will include, but are not limited to:
* Ensuring there is a safe environment for those who work in, or visit, any of our manufacturing facilities.
* Effective delivery of proactive, planned-preventative maintenance on utilities such as Steam boilers, Fire alarm Tests & Water treatment facilities.
* Using the CMMS system.
* Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies and energy optimisation.
* Supporting the introduction of new equipment to our market-leading production facilities as part of our continued drive for innovation.
* Building effective relationships and communicating clearly with stakeholders, managing expectations where required.
* Ordering own spare parts for work where needed.
* Working jointly alongside our projects engineering team and maintenance team at multiple sites where necessary.
What skills and qualifications would you need?
* Demonstrable experience within a similar engineering role.
* Qualified electrically or mechanically (or time served).
* Proven desire and ability to deliver success.
* Passion to learn new machinery and engage with machine manufacturers to build your skills and competence.
* Driving License.
* Industrial steam boiler knowledge.
* IT literate.
* Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
* BOAS Qualifications.
* L8 Qualifications.
