Transport Planner

Due to continued success, I am delighted to be working with an award-winning Transport company who are seeking for a Transport Planner to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.
Duties…
* Plan & Organise daily work schedule and routing for drivers & trailers.
* Communicate with customers, drivers and shipping companies to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.
* Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with legal, environmental and company policies.
* Deal with any issues that arise, and problem solve effectively.
* Ensure strict legal, environmental and company policies are adhered to at all times.
* Other adhoc duties.
About you…
* Previous experience of working with a Transport/Logistics/Planning role.
