We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join us at Lloyd Worrall Newcastle!

We rely on our Contracts Coordinator to ensure the smooth management of project contracts. Working in one of our depots you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s what you can expect to do as a Contracts Coordinator with Lloyd Worrall:
1. Manage the post order activity on projects, working with the team to ensure schedules meet factory and customer deadlines.
2. Process all orders in a timely and effective manner.
3. Keep an accurate job file in chronological order.
4. Ensure that all materials are delivered to the customer on time, in full, and accurate to agreed specifications.
5. Communicate and liaise with relevant suppliers.
6. Communicate and liaise with all relevant internal teams.
7. Ensure all schedules are approved prior to dispatch.
