OA are recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our client in Cricklewood - on a temporary - permanent basis.
£12.50 per hour, PAYE Contract
Start Date- 2nd January
9am until 5pm - Temporary to Permanent
Responsibilities:
Receptionist duties - Managing the front desk - Meeting & Greeting Visitors
Taking calls, responding to emails
Handling any queries
Supporting Administration within the department
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience Required:
Previous experience managing a front desk
Strong customer service background
Confident with data entry and Microsoft Suite
