Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team based in Oswestry. You will join us on a Full-time 37.5 hours, permanent basis. In return, a Senior HR Advisor will receive a competitive salary of £34,439 - £39,939 per annum (Depending on experience).
About the Senior HR Advisor role:
Your role as a Senior HR Advisor is to help us deliver Our Purpose, promoting an engaged workforce. Where our children, families, staff, volunteers and supporters feel valued.
You will work collaboratively as part of the HR Team within the People Team function, providing a proactive, customer focussed and efficient people service. Your approach to work will be flexible as you’ll travel across Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales to fulfil your duties within our Hospices and Shops. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work between home and the office which can be discussed further at interview stage.
We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor who has:
Experience in an HR generalist role.
Experience of providing managers and staff with pragmatic, clear, and concise advice.
A full understanding the HR cycle - Recruitment, Wellbeing, Engagement, Reward, Relations, Organisation Design & Development.
Experience of managing the full spectrum of employee relations matters including capability, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy.
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
