We need someone with great administrative and organisational skills to help us respond to service user enquiries and registrations, manage evaluation outputs and responses, and prepare resources for our courses and events. The role would suit someone who can join us in the office for one or two mornings a week (3-6 hours, term time only), though some home working is also possible.
The volunteer admin assistant will be asked to:

* update Excel spreadsheets containing client contact information;
* oversee course/event registrations on Eventbrite;
* format pre-written questionnaires in Word or Google Forms;
* collate evaluation responses ready for analysis;
* print, copy, laminate and collate course/event resources;
* perform other similar administrative tasks that arise.
Ideally you will have:
* experience and confidence in working with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Google apps including Gmail and Google Forms; experience of working with Eventbrite would be an advantage;
* excellent communication skills, particularly communicating with potential new clients by email and supporting them to access our services;
* strong organisational skills to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks and the ability to work on your own initiative;
* excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
* a good understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
