Client Administrator
Our client are finance professionals with service their No.1 priority. Regulated by the FCA, they are looking to employ a Client Administrator to play a vital role in ensuring clients receive outstanding customer service and administrative support during their journey with the company.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Proactively and consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service, whether by telephone, letter, or e-mail.
2. Identify and help support vulnerable customers.
3. Take ownership and lead in resolving customer queries.
4. Complete a wide range of servicing/administrational tasks and processes in support of customers.
5. Work with other team members to ensure that all customer servicing activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Keep CRM system up to date with accurate customer information.
7. Follow all regulatory and legislative guidelines.
A suitable candidate will be/have:
1. May have gained experience of working in a financial service or office environment or similar.
2. Will have some experience of working with customers.
3. Must relish working in a customer-centric, yet business-focused environment.
4. Will be organised, structured, and able to manage their workload.
5. Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
