What you'll be doing: Leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from technical design to deployment. Architecting scalable solutions that address complex business challenges. Mentoring junior developers, fostering a high-quality coding culture, and driving technical excellence. Overseeing platform governance, conducting code reviews, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs for seamless data flow and connectivity. Collaborating with business partners to turn requirements into a clear technical roadmap aligned with our strategic vision. What you’ll bring: Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. A proven track record in leading development teams and mentoring junior talent. In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and industry guidelines. Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and ETL tools for smooth system communication. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control practices.
