Key Responsibilities
* Assist Purchase Ledger administrator with processing purchase invoices and credits
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Prepare remittances and client statements
* Support Purchase Ledger Manager with processing sales invoices and credits
* Assist Purchase Ledger administrator with monthly credit card expenses claims and personal expenses claims
* Assist Purchase Ledger administrator with raising project purchase orders, project delivery details and delivery schedules
* Reconciliation of media project commercials
* Assist with monitoring the Finance and Admin inboxes daily
* Prepare twice monthly supplier payment runs
* Third party management administration and credit insurance applications
* Credit control
* Assist the business with any adhoc queries
