About You You will have experience in a Claims or Contact Centre, with a proven track record in supervision and coaching. You posses strong organizational & time management skills. You will be committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to motivate and engage your team. You can manage KPIS and targets while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations. You excel in customer care and building relationships at all levels.
