About the role: As Operations Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless running of operations, supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. This is a varied, fast-moving role that blends administration, coordination, and relationship management. Youll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly - helping to manage diaries, co-ordinate events, track market activity, and ensure our CRM system is accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities: Diary & Meeting Management : Efficiently schedule and manage meetings for clients and candidates. Client & Candidate Support : Ensure all interactions are seamlessly managed to meet crucial deadlines. Event Coordination : Assist in organising networking events and roundtables. Market Insights : Stay ahead of industry news, tracking key client/candidate movements. CRM & Data Management : Maintain accuracy within the HW Finance CRM system (Filefinder). Marketing & Documentation : Ensure consistency across CV formatting, job adverts, briefing packs, and website content. Compliance & Finance Support : Assist with placement compliance and contractor support. Team Culture & Socials : Plan team events and socials to continuously foster a great working environment. Who were looking for: A self-starter with a strong work ethic - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise effectively. Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. A team player who enjoys working in a tight-knit office environment. Robust MS Office Suite capability. Confident, professional, and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in recruitment, executive search, sales or professional services is a plus (but not essential). CRM/database experience is desirable but not a must - training will be provided. Someone who enjoys being in-office (flexibility is provided, but this is an in-office role).
