THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to pallet distribution services.
3. Provide accurate information about our pallet products and distribution services.
4. Process collections and returns.
5. Maintain and update customer records and account information.
6. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any distribution issues.
7. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications: A Level 4 in English & Maths desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, preferably in Logistics or Distribution with proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Show us that you have excellent communication skills, spoken and written, be able to build good working relationships with work colleagues and our customers and have the ability to engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
