The opportunity has arisen for a full-time Domestic Supervisor role to join our Domestic Services Team.
The post-holder will gain experience of working in a domestic department as part of Harrogate Integrated Facilities, which offers services directly to Harrogate NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Duties of the Job
The main duties and responsibilities of the post holder will be to provide leadership and administrative support to the domestic service department. This will include managing the day-to-day running of the department and being a first-line contact dealing with any queries or concerns reported to the office.
Examples of other duties for this role will include management and allocation of staff, monitoring cleaning standards, conducting 1-2-1 meetings with staff, and the recruitment, training, and induction of new team members.

Qualifications
* Basic Secondary Education
* Previous Supervisory experience
* Previous experience in administration
* Previous working experience in a hospital environment
Skills
* Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing demands at short notice
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
* Good English language skills in speaking & writing
* Ability to work independently and prioritize the workload for Domestic Assistants
