About the Role: They are looking for a skilled and motivated Paraplanner (ideally with Chartered status) to work closely with a long-established Financial Advisor. You will be actively involved in managing client portfolios, providing holistic wealth management advice, and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients. This is a client-facing role where you will oversee all aspects of the clients’ financial needs, working alongside an experienced team of administrators who are eager to learn from your expertise. This position will suit a Paraplanner who is passionate about providing technical support and service, and who enjoys a hands-on approach to delivering comprehensive financial advice. Key Responsibilities: Provide full paraplanning support, including report writing, research, and analysis. Assist with the preparation of comprehensive financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients. Collaborate closely with a senior adviser and manage client relationships. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping develop their skills. Ensure clients receive high-quality, tailored advice across a wide range of services, including pensions, tax planning, and investments. What We’re Looking For: Ideally, you will have experience in a private client wealth management role and be comfortable providing holistic paraplanning support. Chartered status is preferred but not essential. Strong technical knowledge in areas such as pensions, investments, tax, and IHT. A client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships. Ambition to progress and take on greater responsibility, potentially transitioning into an advisory role in the future.
