SF Recruitment is excited to be working with a manufacturing business in Kettering who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join their fun-loving but hard-working team.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers with their requirements, understanding that each one's needs will be different.
This is a fast-paced role, so the ability to be efficient, helpful, and professional at all times is essential, as is the ability to cope well in high-pressure situations. Working on an inbound telephony system, it will be important to answer calls in a timely manner and keep accurate notes throughout.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls from customers and sales personnel
2. Checking incoming sales orders for accuracy
3. Coordinating customer returns and raising credit notes
4. Some aspects of sales through promotional activity
5. Upselling and outbound promotional activity
6. Ensure follow-up by passing sales leads to account managers where required and keep tabs on the outcome
7. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
8. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing account base via telephone, email, etc.
9. Attend periodic sales/product training when required
