The assignment is to assist our public sector client to move to a new ICT multi-supplier delivery model by the 1st April 2025 and transition the current ICT provider into a new modern service provision in their contract extension.
The client is also re-designing and implementing a new Intelligent Client Function for the 1st of April and this temporary post is essential to assist the client make this transition.
1. Significant experience in a commercial environment.
2. Highly skilled at understanding complex contracts and managing suppliers and their obligations.
3. Skilled at working collaboratively in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements.
4. Sound understanding of intricate commercial positions and financial information.
5. Data-driven mindset of service excellence and customer satisfaction.
6. Ability to analyse trends to drive improvements.
7. A confident communicator that can demonstrate close attention to detail and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
8. Skilled in managing complex relationships at a senior level.
9. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
10. Ability to take a proactive and collaborative approach to working within a complex and changing environment, influencing and working alongside a range of diverse stakeholders and external service providers
11. Experience working within the public sector, particularly councils will be a great advantage.
