About the Position
Reporting to the TechnologyOne Transformation and Support Lead, as the Business Systems Analyst you will specialise in systems administration and technical support, with extensive experience in system design, configuration, data migration, interfaces, testing, and cutover.
This role is dedicated to resolving technical issues and providing expert advice to end users.
While strong interpersonal skills are necessary for stakeholder interaction and collaboration, the primary focus is on technical proficiency and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
The duties of the Business Systems Analyst will include but are not limited to:

About You
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Business Systems or equivalent experience
* Substantial experience with implementing, configuring and supporting ERP Systems. TechnologyOne ERP system (Ci and/or CiA) is desirable.
* Proven experience in Business System Analysis, system testing and complex data migration.
* Experience in ERP Upgrades, Data Migrations and Integration will be well regarded.
* Experience in Project Management Methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile will be an added advantage.
This maximum term full-time position until 30 June 2026 is a Level 8 Inside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $106,999 - $112,630 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
