Join a small, dynamic financial advice team on a permanent basis as Part-Time Business Administrator (26 hours, Mon-Thurs). This role will be based in the north side of Aberdeen, approximately 20 minutes from Aberdeen city. Previous experience within administration is essential, alongside a willingness to learn, initiative, and having confidence in own abilities.
Working alongside company Director and Paraplanner, you will be assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.
Main duties and responsibilities include,
* Organising client appointments and preparing meeting rooms.
* Handling correspondence, reports, and document management.
* Managing office supplies and stock.
* Supporting the Advisor Team with administrative tasks and data input.
* Researching and gathering information from financial providers.
* Assisting with marketing to clients and prospects.

* Willingness to learn, undertaking courses provided via company in order to develop skillset.
* Confident in own abilities, working independently and alongside a small team.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
