We are actively looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join our London office. As part of the HR Group, the Total Rewards Manager provides support, administration, and coordination in the total rewards area for all locations outside of the United States. Areas include but not limited to employee benefits, wellness programs, and compensation administration. Works closely with the total rewards director, employees, and vendors. Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Administers employee enrollment in benefits programs; health, dental, vision, company provided coverages, voluntary insurances, Cobra, and retirement savings globally.
* Researches, assists in implementation, and coordination of total reward programs and initiatives.
* Assists in presentations and meetings to explain total reward programs to employees.
* Keeps all total rewards communications up to date; working with marketing and coordinating updates; updating BOB; and coordinating and tracking required communications with employees.
* Researches day-to-day inquiries and responds to employee benefits questions from employees.
* Responsible for accurate review of benefit plan invoices and timely submission for payment to accounting.
* Assists and collaborates in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program for employees.
* Generates pay and benefits-related reporting and analytics.
* Maintains and assists in the writing of job descriptions.
* Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion.
* Provides excellent customer service support to internal and external customers.
* Works closely and effectively with Total Rewards Director to keep he/she well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities with appropriate follow-up.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors in related field or relevant experience.
* 5+ years of experience in benefits and compensation.
* Solid experience in HRIS databases.
* Formidable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong math and analytical skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171.
Preferred education and experience:
* In progress Certified Benefits Professional.
* In progress Certified Compensation Professional.
* In progress SHRM CP or SCP Certification.
Physical requirements:
Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
