We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team in providing PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover for part-time hours. Role Overview: As a Key Stage 2 PPA Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects for our Year 3, 4, 5, and 6 pupils. You will be working alongside our dedicated teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of learning during planning and assessment periods. This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 classes (Years 3-6). Ensure that the learning needs of all students are met, maintaining a positive classroom environment. Follow the school's curriculum and ensure effective learning strategies are implemented. Support students with a range of abilities, differentiating where necessary. Maintain and uphold high standards of classroom management and behavior. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to ensure smooth running of the school day. Mark and assess students' work in line with school policies and procedures. Attend staff meetings and relevant training as required.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching Key Stage 2 is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
