You will have a strong customer focus and a high level of drive and self-motivation. This is an exciting opportunity to join our property team as an Estates System and Data Administrator at our Nottingham Support Office. You will be responsible for your own workload, whilst supporting the System and Data Manager. With the drive and energy you will be able to deliver great results, by: Collaboratively working with a team of academic professionals to deliver business objectives. Being a great team player, building relationships with key internal customers and external suppliers. Dealing with a diverse workload with the day to day updating of the property system S.A.P Real Estate. Utilising Winshuttle, our mass upload tool. You will have responsibility for: · Mass uploading of recommended payments for Rates, Service Charges, Insurance and Turnover rents. Updating on a daily basis for all property approved system updates which includes Acquisitions, Rent reviews, Lease renewals, Business Partner changes, Disposals and much more. Dealing with wide range of updating system queries, resulting from the Estates team and other areas of the business. Calculations to be provided on Lease renewal and disposal completion statements with an element of reconciliation. Production of Completion statements to assist surveyor negotiations on Rents. Creating and maintaining excel based data reports. First point of contact for internal surveyors and external agent queries. Assisting the System and Data Manager with the implementation of a new payments system and adhoc team projects. What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. You’ll be ideally someone with financial background and competent in using Excel, the best candidate will have the following experience: Having a mind-set of continual improvement in processes and systems. Able to prioritise your own workload Well organised individual with a good eye for detail. High level competence using Excel, must have V look ups and If statement experience.
