The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Property Manager to take charge of a retail-led and mixed-use commercial portfolio spread across the UK. You'll work closely with Asset Managers, Facilities Management, and Finance to ensure properties are running smoothly, tenants are supported, and asset value is always front-of-mind.
This isn’t a siloed role it’s highly involved, dynamic, and strategic. Expect to get out on site, influence asset management decisions, and be part of a tight-knit team that loves solving problems and making things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing • Oversee day-to-day property management across a national retail and mixed-use portfolio • Build and manage strong landlord/tenant relationships • Lead on lease events, rent collection, service charge budgeting, and reconciliations • Work closely with FM teams to maintain compliance, health & safety, and upkeep standards • Handle void inspections, tenant alterations, disputes, and “white boxing” of vacant units • Support asset managers with acquisition due diligence and onboarding new sites • Get involved in ESG initiatives and wider business projects
What There Looking For • Solid experience managing commercial real estate (retail a bonus) • Technically strong, commercially sharp, and confident working independently • Great communication and relationship-building skills • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable spinning plates • MRICS or Assoc RICS is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
