The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our campaigns, impact and research reaches the right audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify the mission, campaigns, and initiatives across the UK hospitality industry.
* Campaign Development: Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple Be Inclusive Hospitality initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission and business objectives.
* Digital & Social Strategy: Lead our digital marketing effortsincluding social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creationto enhance online engagement and drive traffic.
* Brand Building: Strengthen our brand identity through messaging, and effective storytelling.
* Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Partnerships and Community teams to ensure marketing efforts align with BIHs broader engagement strategy.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.
* Collaborate with media partners and journalists to increase coverage and awareness of BIHs work.
* Engage with industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders.
* Lead public-facing communication strategies to generate widespread awareness and industry support for BIHs campaigns.
* Develop creative content that resonates with diverse audiences and encourages businesses and individuals to take action.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing, communications, or campaign management role.
* Strong background in advocacy or purpose-driven marketing.
* Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, PR, social media, events, partnerships).
* Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
* A strong understanding of the hospitality, food, and drink industries (desirable but not essential).
* Experience working with stakeholders, influencers, and media partners to amplify campaign messages.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, mission-driven team.
* Passion for equity, inclusion, and social change.
