- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures

- Manage employee relations issues and provide resolutions
- Maintain accurate HR records using a variety of different systems.
- Support training and development initiatives for staff members

- Utilise social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
