About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop in the absence of the Manager. Your role will involve engaging and motivating the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a fantastic experience, whether they shop in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example, serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensure displays are fully stocked with a variety of options
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

You’ll be reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should support an inclusive culture that values diversity.
