Contract: 9 months Fixed Term
Salary: £26,000 & Company Benefits
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Location: Home working with expected days in our Birmingham Head Office (to be discussed at interview).

What you'll do as our HR Shared Service Officer:
* Transactional HR Support: Process HR requests, issue HR communications, and support managers and colleagues.
* Management Reporting: Create and manage absence and leaver reports, and handle ad hoc requests.
* Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
* General HR Administration: Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR function.
