Our client is a renowned London-focused R/C and Structural Alterations contractor, with an enviable reputation for safety, quality, and delivery.
Due to the acquisition of new flagship schemes and work wins, they are keen to identify a Temporary Works Manager.
The role will be a mix of site and office-based.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating all Temporary Works on site.
2. Managing the daily activities of the Temporary Works packages, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality, and Programme.
3. Managing the financials associated with the works and any variations, should they arise.
4. Leading weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works/action points.
5. Subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant.
6. Ensuring Temporary Works design and implementation are rolled out clearly and efficiently.
7. Keeping an updated log of all Temporary Works ensuring they are properly designed, erected, inspected, and dismantled.
