We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join the Continuum team where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business going forward. An outline understanding and appreciation of the different stages of a development including feasibility, project development, planning, project co-ordination and the use of valuation / appraisal models would be a benefit to the role, however, successful candidates will be mentored by a senior member of staff and relevant training will be provided. The role will be based in Leeds however, the work opportunities are UK wide giving the successful candidate opportunities to develop a wide breadth of experience.
Day to day the role will involve:
Assisting our Directors, Development Managers and Surveyors in providing the delivery of property advice across a diverse range of development projects
Assisting in providing a responsive and high-quality service for some of the best-known institutions in the UK
Assisting in undertaking extensive due diligence and utilise internal and external databases
Assisting with the planning and development management of projects from inception to delivery
Providing ad-hoc support on a wide range of projects from all disciplines
Assisting in working towards deadlines to help maintain high client service standards
Assisting in building new relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with current clients in order to drive business forward
The Business
Continuum is an exciting new Built Environment Consultancy offering a full range of Development Management services advising through the whole property lifecycle to a wide spectrum of clients in both the private and public sector. Our consultancy team is involved through the whole property lifecycle from initial construction appraisals through project managing the build process, maintaining and refurbishing the built asset, and redeveloping obsolete properties. We are involved at inception, during occupation and void periods, through to demolition and redevelopment, maximising value or managing risk along the way.

Strong IT capabilities (experience of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Excel,)
