As part of ARK by KOMI, you’ll work within a dynamic environment focused on delivering outstanding video licensing solutions to media outlet clients. We want you along for the ride as you collaborate with these clients, crafting innovative solutions, and driving their success and growth. The Role As the primary client liaison, you’ll ensure the success and growth of media outlet clients by crafting innovative solutions, collaborating on creative strategies, and managing these key relationships. This role includes overseeing projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing leadership skills, and handling all aspects of account management. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Provide an exceptional onboarding experience to understand client needs and objectives. Ensure a smooth transition and setup to begin our partnership on the right foot. Strategy and Development: Collaborate with clients to develop effective social media and content strategies tailored to their needs. Conduct research using internal and external resources, including KOMI’s insights, to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand optimisation. Explore additional services within KOMI to enhance the client’s strategy. Content Planning: Define types of social media content needed, scheduling, monitoring performance of content, and reporting on said performance back to the team. Client Communication and Nurturing: Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. Conducting regular check in meetings with the client to ensure we’re aligned on projects/goals while continuously engaging to understand their evolving needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, to ensure clients are set up for invoicing and that payments are tracked and processed efficiently. Renewal Preparation: Proactively identify opportunities for renewal and upselling. Warm up clients for renewal discussions by demonstrating the value of our services and addressing any issues or feedback. Prepare clients for the renewal process, handing over to the Sales Manager for final negotiations. Coordination with Sales: Facilitate the transition of renewal negotiations to the Sales Manager. Provide necessary background and insights to support smooth and effective negotiations, including client feedback and usage data. Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure clients receive maximum value from our services. Internal Coordination: Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and identify challenges. Ensure alignment between client needs and internal resources, facilitating effective communication and project coordination. Documentation: Be responsible for documenting all processes, interactions, and reports with excellent organisational skills, including resource allocation and administration management. What We're Looking For Proven experience in account management or client success, ideally within the digital media, social media, or content licensing industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - with the ability to build long-term client relationships. A knack for understanding client needs and providing tailored content solutions. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, including content, sales, and finance. Proactive, results-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Passion for digital content and media outlets, and the ever-evolving social media landscape.
