As the main provider of accommodation for students studying in Sheffield, we are committed to delivering excellent service and support. We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic individual to lead our Accommodation Office team and ensure that students living with us have the best possible experience. In this role, you will provide day-to-day supervision to ensure all our lettings operation is carried out professionally and in accordance with departmental guidelines. You will bring a strong understanding of the student accommodation sector and demonstrate effective leadership. As the main point of contact for specialised queries within the Accommodation Office, your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues from ACS, the University, and the wider Sheffield community, to develop strong relationships that enhance operations and continuously improve our systems and procedures.
