Were looking for a Project Support Officer to join our Project Management Office and create a real impact by enabling the smooth running of projects. The PSO will support the project manager through the operation of project management processes, and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf. Your new role An integral part of the SCAPE Group, our Project Management Office works collaboratively to promote, facilitate and manage projects of varying levels of complexity. As a central service we protect and enable our organisation to achieve more, together. Join us and take the opportunity to: Lead on the implementation and maintenance of our project systems, tools and templates. Contribute to collaboration and communication between projects and the different stakeholders across the group. Support with enthusiasm, confidence and energy to deliver change and make a difference. What youll bring Experience of working in a PMO, preferably at Portfolio or Programme level, supporting multiple deliveries of different complexity. Ability to confidently use the Microsoft suite of products to manage projects i.e. SharePoint, Teams, Project. Knowledge of different project methodologies, it is an advantage if this is within the public sector or built environment but not essential. Youll have a basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace, and be committed to support the business with its carbon reduction strategy.
