Job Description
The HR Specialist will provide critical support to the management team in all aspects of human resources. This includes recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
2. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
3. Employee Relations: Foster positive working relationships with employees, address conflicts, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
4. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
5. Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, set goals, and develop strategies for improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
