Reporting into the Assistant Director of Corporate Development, the Head of People will provide strategic direction to our People Services function (inc. business partnering, employee relations resourcing and talent, health, safety and wellbeing and digital people systems, payroll).
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Strategic Advice– Acting as strategic advisor to Executive and Senior Leadership Team, providing HR expertise, advice and guidance on workforce planning, resourcing and employee relations.
2. HR Business Partnering – Leading on business partnering ensuring that our work aligns with organisational priorities and the LCRCA Corporate Plan.
3. Resourcing & Talent – Providing strategic direction on resourcing and talent initiatives to deliver the organisation’s ambition to become an employer of choice.
4. Digital People Systems & Payroll – Providing strategic direction on the provision of digitally equipped solutions and Management Information, as well as ensuring payroll is effectively managed.
