Location: Portadown (5 days per week) Hours: Mon-Thu 8:15am-5:00pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm About the role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality. Key Responsibilities Ensure high standards of health, safety, environment, and product compliance. Manage customer design changes through Kingspan's ECN process. Design and implement new systems, equipment, and processes. Support continuous improvement (CI) projects across departments. Analyse production data, including downtime, cycle times, and waste management. Oversee new tool transitions, including designing jigs, tooling, and liaising with toolmakers. Review and optimise manufacturing costs and production efficiency. Improve quality control processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise technicians and shop-floor personnel. Experience & Skills Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. 5 years in a rotational moulding/automation environment. Proficiency in SolidWorks/DraftSight or AutoCAD; ability to read technical drawings. Experience with NPI and customer specification interpretation. Strong project management and communication skills.
