About the role
School Location: Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8
Working Days: 5 days out of 7 (includes weekend working)
Shifts & Working hours: Mixture of 6.30am-3pm or 10.30am-7pm (40 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (5.6 weeks holiday - Christmas off)
Pay Details: £30,000 per year
What will I be doing?
* As CDP, you will work a mixture of shifts. If you are on an early morning, afternoon, or weekend shift, you will be preparing the food for the onsite boarding students (around 150 covers).
* Lunch service caters for the whole school - if you are part of the preparation for this area, you will be assisting with the feeding of up to 1000 across the site.
* We use fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a variety of menus including daily feeding, hospitality, and events.
* As well as cooking, this role may include some counter service/till work.
* As a chef, you will be part of the team making sure the kitchen and restaurant areas are in a clean and tidy state at all times.
