Hear from the Hiring Manager
“Could you be our Adoption & Change Management Specialist, driving adoption of new technologies and digital processes?
NRS is on a journey of digitalisation, with an initial focus on tools such as Microsoft365, Power Platform and AI initiatives. You'll work closely with the Digital Change Lead on the change management framework, and with Solutions Architects and the Development team to generate action plans. You'll then work with the business to embed meaningful adoption of newly introduced technologies and foster a culture of digital improvement and self-service, where colleagues are encouraged and supported to explore and create digital solutions that improve their work.
You'll ideally be ADKAR or Prosci trained, with a background ensuring smooth transitions and maximising the benefits of digital transformation initiatives that support people to improve business outcomes.
Training and development opportunities will be provided to keep skills up-to-date with industry standards.
Working in a hybrid arrangement, this role can be based at any of our sites and will require flexibility to travel to our other sites on an ad hoc basis. It is expected that you will work at an NRS Site at least two days per week.
