Your new role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will specialise in Facilities and Maintenance (F&M). Reporting directly to the Site Director and Head of Facilities and Maintenance on critical projects.
Your responsibilities
1. Budgeting: Develop and manage the budget for facilities and maintenance projects, including forecasting costs for planned maintenance and unexpected repairs.
2. Safetypliance: Ensure all facilities and maintenance activitiesply with health and safety regulations.
3. Training: Provide training to staff on facilities and maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
4. Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency procedures for the site.
5. Reporting: Regularly report on the status of facilities and maintenance activities to senior management.
6. Facility Management: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds, ensuring they meet safety and health standards.
7. Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment on site.
8. Project Management: Lead special projects related to facility upgrades or expansions, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
9. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring work ispleted to specification and on time.
