JOB ROLE: Recruitment Consultant working for Office Angels

JOB TYPE: Permanent
DRIVING LICENSE & CAR REQUIRED.
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 days office, 2 days home)
SALARY: £25,000 - £32,000 *depending on experience. HUGE BONUS potential and massive benefits!

Do you come from an existing recruitment background? This could be a recruitment administrator or coordinator, or a 360 sales consultant
Are you comfortable picking up the phones, a lot, and talking to people?
Your clients need you to find their candidates as soon as possible)
It’s a fast-paced role on the temporary desk but it’s rewarding due to the quick resolutions that often happen in the temporary staffing environment!
Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing roles and business plans
Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates alike
You will work with your Candidate Consultant to constantly add to your bank of candidates who are looking for temporary work. You will speak to your clients to check how their temps have settled in and do this bi-weekly for the duration of the temps placement. You will call them to check whether they want to extend the temps end date, sometimes they even wish to make them permanent!
Audit : Whilst you have the amazing help of your Candidate Consultant, you will maintain all information for your candidates and clients and keep records up to date
Telephone/Email; Screening and assisting with branch telephone and email queries
