Head of Performance & Reward Enablement Job ID: R0359516 Full/Part-Time: Full-time Regular/Temporary: Regular Listed: 2024-11-20 Location: Birmingham Position Overview Job Title Head of Performance and Reward Enablement Location Birmingham / London Corporate Title Director The Performance and Reward Enablement (PRE) team is a key pillar of the P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The Head of Performance and Reward Enablement is responsible for the operational management of the team covering compensation, performance, deferred compensation and employee relations. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Group Reward, Reward Governance, HR Delivery, HR Business Advisory and P&R Change, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes and analytics in line with regulatory and control requirements.
