We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator working 2 days a week at our customer site in Cambridge (CB4 0GW) and three days from working from Home (Subject to Business Requirements). As a Supply Chain Coordinator, we will be reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor within the International Healthcare Control Tower, the key focus of this role is the processing and planning of outbound shipping orders on behalf of the Global Key Account client - Mundipharma Medical Company. This a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £27,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience). The working schedule is predominantly a Monday – Friday working 09:00-17:00. Receiving manual orders via email from CMOs and additional sites with Review of received documentation (Including but not exclusive to purchase / sales invoices, packing lists, DGNs, COOs, licences, etc) Liaise with relevant shipping and receiving sites to confirm loading and delivery timelines are agreeable. Provision of pre-alert, documentation, licences and any other required info or paperwork. Interacting with relevant modal planning teams for best-fit schedules. Liaise between Internal and External customers to intel, documentation, and schedule approval.
