We are working with a leading supplier of non-ferrous metals who is looking for a passionate and ambitious External Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales drive, whether you're new to the industry or looking to make your mark in a new sector. The role offers the chance to work 1 day a week in the office in Chepstow, with the remaining 4 days spent on the road, covering the South Region and building relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients within the non-ferrous metals sector. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth. Present and sell a wide range of non-ferrous metals to new and existing customers. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide customers with the best solutions. What the Client Is Looking For: A driven sales personality with the motivation to succeed. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. Positive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential – we’re looking for the right attitude Full UK driving license required, as the role involves significant travel across the region.
