What are we looking for?
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will deliver high levels of customer service on the telephone by having a comprehensive understanding of our products and services as well as understanding individual customer needs and delighting them at every opportunity.
You will take ownership of customers, build successful, sustainable relationships and understand their every need ensuring a consistent first-class experience. Taking ownership of any customer issues and ensuring they are fully resolved will be second nature.
You will be a true team player, have strong communication and IT skills and maintain our high operational standards and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with a set of customers, processing their orders and understanding their requirements.
* Confidentially discuss Adnams and partner products with customers via the telephone.
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries related to orders.
* Actively seek opportunities to increase sales, working in line with sales targets.
