As a Technical Support/Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support, training, and guidance to users, helping them to leverage our systems for improved efficiency and productivity. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and instructional ability, as you will need to address complex technical queries and explain solutions in a clear and concise manner. You will work closely with various stakeholders, from end users to management, to identify training needs and develop effective training programs. Additionally, you will contribute to troubleshooting incidents, conducting system enhancements, and ensuring that users are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users of the Liquid Logic system, addressing queries and issues promptly.
Develop and deliver training sessions for staff and clients on the Liquid Logic platform, ensuring comprehensive understanding.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and user guides for effective reference and learning.
Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve system issues and bugs, facilitating improvements in user experience.
Monitor system performance and user satisfaction, gathering feedback to inform training and support initiatives.
Assist in the configuration and customization of Liquid Logic applications to meet specific user needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Liquid Logic features, updates, and best practices to provide informed support.
Requirements
Proven experience in a technical support or training role, preferably with Liquid Logic or similar software solutions.
Strong understanding of Liquid Logic applications and their functionalities, with the ability to explain them clearly to users.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for conveying technical information in an accessible manner.
Experience in developing training programs and materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and projects.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £280.39
Location: Bromley, South East London
