Case Manager
Glasgow/Hybrid
up to £25k
Our client is a solution led, specialist mortgage lender, offering a wide variety of niche mortgage products to the market. They care passionately about their customers and are seeking a customer-centric, case manager to join their dedicated team.
As a Case Manager, you will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail. This role is the first point of contact for their customers, so you will deliver exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
The office is based in Glasgow, and they can offer a hybrid approach to the working week, with three days in the office and the remainder working remotely if you so wish.
Duties of the Case Manager will include:
* Managing a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications and liaising with brokers to obtain underwriting documents
* Working closely with the underwriting team to ensure applications are progressed efficiently and accurately.
* Ensuring all documents are assessed in line with internal manuals, policies, procedures, and criteria.
* Remaining compliant with all applicable regulatory guidelines.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Customer service experience
* Ideally some mortgage experience/exposure
* Strong organisation skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines with accuracy.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
