About us
Spencer Private Hospital in Margate is a small private establishment operating out of a 22 bedded ward and a five suite outpatient department (OPD). The provision is generally for surgical and orthopaedic care from the ward perspective, but a much wider range of practice runs from the OPD. This includes Consultant led care in cardiology, respiratory medicine, ear, nose and throat, general surgery, gynaecology, dermatology, paediatrics, physiotherapy to name but a few. On the ward all our rooms are single occupancy and offer an en suite bathroom and toilet.

Our care is all Consultant led with us accommodating NHS as well as private patients into our beds. Care is delivered equitably irrespective of means with patient satisfaction being high.
