Mon - Fri - 45 hours during term time and 22.5 hours during school holidays.

This is an interesting and varied role driving one of our specially adapted vehicles transporting disabled and other vulnerable adults and children to pre-arranged destinations. This will include the manoeuvring and securing of wheelchairs.
The skills required for this role include the ability to work to agreed schedules, to be confident and adaptable when dealing with disabled people and to be able to deal with unexpected situations as they arise. Excellent communication skills and a calm and patient manner are essential.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years professional driving experience with a clean full UK driving licence which includes category D1 or equivalent as a minimum requirement.
